The Data Controller is the Municipality of Perugia, represented by its legal representative pro tempore. The person designated to oversee data processing is the Director of the Territory Governance and Digital Transition Department.

 

On behalf of the Municipality of Perugia, the data provided will be processed by personnel of the Territory Governance and Digital Transition Department, including through electronic means. The data will also be shared with Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A., which will process such data as an independent Data Controller for the purposes of the project aimed at encouraging citizens, schools and associations to contribute to urban decorum through small acts of care and civic responsibility towards the city.

 

The data collected may be disclosed to institutional bodies only in the cases provided for by law or regulations, or to third parties entitled to access such information in accordance with applicable legislation governing the right of access to public records and information.

 

The data provided will be retained for the period established by applicable law. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request their correction or updating, and lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
